How will my order be posted?

All parcels are posted using 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed for service.

Please note next day delivery is processed the next working day.

 

Are the Jewellery pieces allergy tested?

All our Jewellery are allergy tested and are nickel free.

 

Are the Jewellery pieces gold plates?

Yes, all IshyHaq Jewellery is gold plated

 

Can I purchase single pieces from a set?

All sets come as a set only.

I have not received my parcel?

Please email us on ishyandhaq@hotmail.com if you do not receive your parcel within 7 days.

Parcels should reach

- UK customers in 2-4 working days 

- European customers 5-7 working days

- International customers 7-10 working days

My item is faulty/came broken
Please contact us on Ishyandhaq@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving a faulty or broken item. In your email

include a picture of the fault and date of purchase. Items received faulty or broken will be replaced once we receive email and proof of fault. All faulty items will be exchanged for the same item.

If the same product is not available a credit note or refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges​

We do not offer refunds on any of our Jewellery or Apparel.

If an item is faulty we will offer a replacement.

Bangles can be exchanged within a week of purchase for size reasons. 

Postage will be paid for by the customer and bangles must be in the same condition they were received. Please email ishyandhaq@hotmail.com a picture of the item before posting out.
