How will my order be posted?

All parcels are sent using 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For service, ensuring your order arrives safely and securely.

Next day orders placed before 5pm will be shipped out the following working day.

🇪🇺 Europe
£15–£20 — 5–7 working days

🇺🇸 USA / Canada
£16–£25 — 7–10 working days

Rest of the World

I have not received my parcel?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please email us at ishyandhaq@hotmail.com if you do not receive your parcel within the following timeframes :

  • 🇬🇧 UK — 7 working days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe — 10 working days
  • International — 14 working days

We will do everything we can to help resolve this for you.

Are the jewellery pieces allergy tested and gold plated?

Yes, absolutely. All IshyHaq jewellery is allergy tested, nickel free and gold plated, making them safe and comfortable for even the most sensitive skin with a luminous finish.

Can I purchase single pieces from a set?

Our sets are designed to be worn together as a complete look. All sets are sold as a set only and individual pieces are not available separately.

My item is faulty or arrived broken

We are truly sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us at ishyandhaq@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In your email, please include :

  • 📸 A photo of the fault
  • 📅 Your date of purchase

Once we receive your email and proof of fault, we will arrange a replacement of the same item. If the same product is no longer available, a credit note or refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on jewellery or apparel. However, we want you to love every piece you receive.

  • If an item is faulty, we will offer a replacement
  • Bangles can be exchanged within one week of purchase for size reasons, provided they are returned in their original condition
  • Postage costs for exchanges are to be covered by the customer
  • Please email ishyandhaq@hotmail.com with a photo of the item before posting it back
