Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our Jewellery or Apparel. If an item is faulty, we will offer a replacement.

Bangles Exchange Bangles can be exchanged within one week of purchase for size reasons. They must be in the same condition as received. Postage costs are to be paid by the customer. Please email a picture of the item to ishyandhaq@hotmail.com before sending it back.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us at ishyandhaq@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving a faulty or broken item. In your email, include a picture of the fault and your date of purchase. Items received faulty or broken will be replaced once we receive your email and proof of fault. All faulty items will be exchanged for the same item. If the same product is not available, a credit note or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom orders.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
